Spend your afternoon tackling grade two to three level rapids on the Barron River in Tropical North Queensland with this half-day white water boarding tour.
Surrounded by luscious tropical rainforest, you'll experience one of the most adventurous and scenic experiences in the region all while floating down the river on the back of a world-class whitewater river board. With the help of an experienced guide, you'll be taught how to manoeuvre yourself and the board through the rapids and kitted up with safety equipment.
The experience runs for around 2-hours and caters for small groups of up to 12 participants. All participants are asked to bring swimmers and closed in shoes that can get wet, a change of clothes and shoes for after the tour and money if you wish to purchase photos or videos of the experience. Suitable for adventurers aged 16 years and over, this is one of the best ways to explore the Barron River rapids.
