Destination Cairns Marketing Pty Ltd (DCM) is a Cairns owned and operated Destination Management Company, licensed travel agent (TAG977), established in 1986 by Cairns Tourism identities Denis Ferguson and Denis Donaghy.
Over this period DCM evolved with Cairns as a destination and we have seen Cairns grow into an internationally recognized Conference, Incentive and significant Event destination. We are very proud of our network of local partnerships and it is as a result of these collective relationships that we are able to have played a significant role in facilitating business and leisure visitors to Cairns get the most of their Tropical North Queensland event experiences.
DCM has experience in handling business events of all shape and size ranging from large International Conventions & Symposiums, small to medium scientific & business meetings, sporting groups for International competitions and training programs, through to small private incentive movements with intimate requirements. To compliment our pre-arrival Divisions (Conference, Incentives, Groups, Accommodation Centre) DCM operates a network of over 120 tour desks & information centres throughout the Tropical North ranging from Mission Beach through to Cape Tribulation. This spread of local tour and accommodation bookings locations makes DCM the regions largest tour wholesaler and our available touring and accommodation inventory is second to none.
