• Clients: Contact details for conference organisers, conference secretariats, organising committees, and of others associated with the planning and operation of any event will not be passed on to any unrelated third party, however from time to time it will be necessary to pass some or all of this information to service providers directly associated with the planned event.
• Delegates And Attendees: Contact details will be held by the conference secretariat for the purpose of managing the conference. It is intended to use the information to provide a list of delegates to conference service providers, the organising committee, fellow delegates and speakers.

Contact details for all parties will be retained by Destination Cairns Marketing Pty Ltd, and these contact details may be used to inform delegates and attendees of future meetings on a similar topic, and/or to update past clients on matters relating to the Cairns and North Queensland conference and incentive industry, and the services of Destination Cairns Marketing Pty Ltd.
