Accommodation Bookings
Please be advised that upon submitting your credit card details we will deduct the value of the first night of accommodation from your credit card in order to secure your reservation. A tax invoice will be sent to you for the remainder of the balance. Any incidental charges that you may incur during your stay will be payable directly to the hotel upon check out.
Accommodation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made after this date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night.
Tour Bookings
In order to secure your chosen touring options you will be required to pay the full tour cost in advance. Cancellations and/or changes can be made with no penalty up until 72 hours prior to the proposed travel time. Cancellations and/or changes made after this time may be subject to 100% cancellation fee subject to individual tour operators specific cancellation policy.
