Destination Cairns Marketing (DCM) is a licensed travel agent (TAG977). We are a local family owned and operated company established in 1984. We specialise in tour desk management operating in over 30 of Cairns’ prominent accommodation properties. We also operate an extensive wholesale and retail accommodation division.
We have worked as a Destination Management Company, handling the accommodation, touring, itinerary planning and other land arrangements for many conference and incentive groups in the Cairns Region and due to the tremendous successes of our previous clients, we are becoming the premier Destination Management Company in the Far North.

Themed and Special Events
A three course sumptuous buffet dinner served in a secluded rainforest setting underneath the stars. We have an extensive range of accommodation available to us and pride ourselves on providing the most competitive tariffs available, ranging from 5 star hotels, to apartments and backpacker hostels- we have the knowledge and expertise to match the accommodation style with your delegates needs.
Please note that upon confirmation of your conference, we can provide a list of properties based on your specific requirements. We will also be able to block room allotments at various properties and further negotiate accommodation rates to ensure that we provide the best available rates for your delegates.
If your conference accommodation has already been secured, we can assist as an overflow agent for those delegates seeking more specialised accommodation (ie. Apartment style for families, budget options for price conscious delegates)

DCM specialises in Tour Desk management. We operate tour desks in over 30 accommodation properties in Cairns and the Northern Beaches. We can provide, as a complimentary service to you, a staffed Tour Desk and Information booth at the Cairns Convention Centre for your delegates’ convenience. All of our staff are professionals, highly experienced and knowledgeable in local information and tours in our region.
